1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. WeddingRounds Beauty provides professional makeup and beauty services for weddings and special events.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 7 days before your event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Service Delivery

We commit to providing professional beauty services as agreed. Trial sessions are recommended and available for an additional fee. We arrive on-time and prepared with professional equipment and products.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about skin sensitivities, allergies, and preferences. A clean, well-lit space must be provided for service delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for allergic reactions when proper disclosure has not been made by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

We may photograph our work for portfolio purposes unless specifically declined in writing. Clients grant permission for use of before/after photos for marketing purposes.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or travel restrictions.
